Availability and downloading of all information, Web designs, jewelry designs, files, pictures, graphics and text included in the Catalog (hereinafter collectively known as the "Content") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document and any changes made to this document, in the Company's sole discretion, from time to time (hereinafter collectively known as the "Terms and Conditions"). If the Company determines that the User is linking to the Catalog it may, in its sole discretion, take any action that it deems appropriate. Such unauthorized linking may subject the User to civil liability and/or criminal penalties. The Company reserves the right to monitor all referring site activity, collect and log all such information.
The Company shall collect and log the Internet Protocol ("IP") address of the User. This information shall be used to measure the number of visits, average time spent in the Catalog, pages viewed, etc. In addition, the Company reserves the right to use this information to determine the location and identity of the User. The Company maintains strict physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect any information collected from unauthorized or inappropriate access. The Company restricts internal access to collected information to employees who require the information in the course of business activities. The Company will not share, sell or distribute information collected from the User.
