Here's how I found MY self in Silpada...
My first career was in the retail industry as a buyer and manager. An endless-hour job with no holidays! After working this pace for several years, I decided to go back to school and become a computer programmer. Before I knew it, I was a troubleshooting programmer, data processing manager, systems operator and office manager. So I had gone from one high-stress, hectic job to another!
So I decided to get out of the rat race and started selling goods online. Some days business was great, sometimes there were no sales at all. Trying to find a "Magic Formula" for success, I found myself working harder & harder for longer & longer hours. Meanwhile, life was becoming less & less enjoyable. I felt like a hamster in an exercise wheel! I always prayed for God to help me find a winning formula. While researching items to sell, I kept seeing the Silpada name. I had no idea what it was – other than beautiful, stylish, high quality sterling silver jewelry - and I liked it all!
Then, one day while I was leaving the grocery store, I noticed a car with an ad in the back window. I just glanced at it and went on my way, loading my groceries and focusing on getting back home. But when I got in my car, I remembered the window ad and thought ‘I would do that for my business!’ so I wrote down what I remembered ...‘It’s a girlfriend thing...my silpada...' and then the light lit up over my head! THIS is that company I keep seeing! THIS is SILPADA!
As soon as I got home, I looked into Silpada and fell in love with the quality, handcrafted style and business opportunity.
